Your full registration for this conference entitles you to:

• Copy of the conference proceedings on CD-ROM

Your day registration for this conference entitles you to:

• Entry to all conference sessions on the nominated day only
• Official program and pocket program
• Entry to the exhibition hall on the nominated day only
• Conference satchel
• Morning and afternoon tea on the nominated day only
• Lunch on the nominated day

Registration rates:

All figures are in Australian dollars and include GST. Note: Member rate applies to members of ASLA member associations, ALIA, CBCA, IASL, SLANZA and May Gibbs Children's Literature Trust only.

• Member rate - Early bird full registration -- $ 490.00 (on or before 31 July 2007)
• Member rate - Full registration -- $ 590.00 (After 31 July 2007)
• Non-member rate - Early bird full registration -- $ 590 .00 (on or before 31 July 2007)
• Non-member rate - Full registration -- $ 690.00 (After 31 July 2007)
• Member rate - Early bird day only registration -- $ 190.00 (on or before 31 July 2007)
• Member rate - Day only registration -- $ 250.00 ( After 31 July 07)
• Non-member rate - Early bird day only registration -- $ 300.00 (on or before 31 July 2007)
• Non-member rate - Day only registration (After 31 July 2007)

Speakers are entitled to one day's free registration for the day of their presentation. Attendance on additional days is available at the rate of $150.00 per day.

Optional extras: (all figures are in Australian dollars and include GST)

• Living Libraries, Wild Animals, and Wine Pre-conference tour, Tuesday 2 October 2007 (full day). Cost $ 77.00 per person.
• Conference Dinner, Wednesday 3 October 2007 at the Adelaide Convention & Exhibition Centre, commencing 7.00 pm. Join local authors, colleagues and friends for a memorable evening of fun, fine wine and great food, music and lively discussion. Dress standard: Smart Casual. Tickets for the Conference Dinner are $ 100.00 per person.
• Author breakfast, Friday 5 October 2007, 7.45 am. The May Gibbs Children's Literature Trust invites ASLA XX delegates to breakfast with Libby Gleeson at a unique Adelaide landmark. Buffet continental breakfast, great coffee and an inspirational start to the day from a favourite Australian author. Seats are limited. Cost $ 25.00 per person.
• Conference proceedings in print / hardcopy format -- $ 50.00 per copy. Full registration delegates will receive a copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM.

Method of payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment in full is received. Payment may be made by cheque, money order or credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa only. All cheques and money orders are to made payment to: Conference Action Pty Ltd - ASLA 2007.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. You will receive further notification of allocated sessions by email a month before the conference.

Registration fees:
Cancellations received before 1 June 2007 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received before 31 July 2007 will receive a 50% refund on fees paid.
After 31 July 2007 there will be no refund and all registration fees must be paid in full.

Accommodation deposit is non-refundable at 1 September 2007.

Social deposits are non-refundable at 1 September 2007.
