ASLA invites you to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor at the ASLA XX Biennial Conference. The conference will provide many opportunities for sponsors, exhibitors and delegates to exchange ideas, update information and skills, and promote awareness of recent advances in education.

There are many and varied opportunities for sponsorship participation. Sponsorship packages are negotiable and ASLA would be most interested in discussing ideas that best suit the marketing objectives of your company or organization.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Conference Dinner Sponsor (One only) -- $10,000

Exclusive sponsorship and naming rights to the Conference Dinner
Corporate banner displayed at the Conference Dinner
Opportunity for a five-minute address to dinner guests
Company name and logo featured on the Conference Dinner menu
Promotion as the Dinner Sponsor in the Conference Handbook, along with a company description
Corporate slide to be shown at regular intervals throughout the main conference sessions
Promotion as the major Sponsor in ASLA publications

Welcome Reception Sponsor (One only) -- $8,000

Opportunity for a brief address to guests at the Welcome Reception
Company name and logo featured on the Conference Dinner menu
Promotion as Sponsor in the Conference Handbook, along with a description of the company's products/services

Satchel Sponsor (One only) -- $8,000

One complimentary full registration including attendance at the Conference Welcome Reception and Dinner

Internet Cafe Sponsor (One only) -- $5,000 --The Internet Cafe will be located in a prime position in the Exhibition Hall and will feature 6 terminals provided for delegates' use.

Exclusive sponsorship of the Internet Cafe to be available for delegates for the three day period
Internet Cafe to be located in a prime position at the conference to ensure maximum availability to delegates
Promotion as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook, along with a description of the company's products/services
Inclusion of one piece of written information/merchandise in conference satchels
One complimentary full registration including attendance at the Conference Welcome Reception and Dinner

Session Sponsor (Several available) -- $4,000

Exclusive naming rights to a conference session
Company slide to be shown at sponsored session
Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook

One complimentary full registration including attendance at the Conference Welcome Reception and Dinner

Lunch Sponsor -- $4,000 -- Lunches will be held in the Exhibition Hall

Exclusive naming rights to a lunch at the conference
Corporate banner prominently displayed in the lunch venue
Opportunity for a five-minute address to conference delegates during sponsored lunch
Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook
Inclusion of one piece of written information/merchandise in conference satchel

Pads Sponsor (One only) -- $3,000

Name and logo printed on conference pads to be received by all delegates in conference satchels
Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook
Inclusion of one piece of written information/merchandise in conference satchel

Pens Sponsor (One only) -- $3,000

Name and logo printed on conference pens to be received by all delegates in conference satchels
Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook

Refreshment Break Sponsor -- $2,000 -- Morning and afternoon tea breaks will be held in the Exhibition Hall

Exclusive naming rights to a morning or afternoon tea
Corporate banner prominently displayed in trade exhibition area during sponsored break
Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the Conference Handbook
Inclusion of one piece of written information/merchandise in conference satchel

Satchel Insert -- $ 660
Each delegate attending the conference will receive a satchel containing conference materials. Inclusion of your company brochure or company merchandise in the conference satchels will ensure direct access to all delegates at this major industry event.

Shell scheme display with dividing walls 2.4m high - velcro-compatible
Quality fascia sign with company name in vinyl-cut lettering on all open sides
One 4 amp general purpose power outlet (additional requirements may be ordered)
Two X 150-watt track mounted spotlights per booth
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for two representatives on each applicable day
Two complimentary tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner
Name badges and conference satchels for two representatives
Listing in Conference Handbook

Stand sizes and fees -- All booths are 3m X 2m. The fee per 3m X 2m booth is $2,750 (GST inclusive). Multiple booths may be booked. We also encourage the sharing of booths by exhibitors needing limited space.

Additional furniture and equipment can be hired from the exhibitor contractor, Adelaide Expo Hire. Adelaide Expo Hire will contact each exhibitor directly to:

provide a furniture catalogue
request power loading and correct name to be displayed on fascia.
