ASLA invites you to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor at the ASLA XX Biennial Conference. The conference will provide many opportunities for sponsors, exhibitors and delegates to exchange ideas, update information and skills, and promote awareness of recent advances in education.
There are many and varied opportunities for sponsorship participation. Sponsorship packages are negotiable and ASLA would be most interested in discussing ideas that best suit the marketing objectives of your company or organization.
The trade exhibition will provide ideal opportunities to increase awareness of your company, promote your products or services and network with delegates.
Conference Dinner Sponsor (One only) -- $10,000
Welcome Reception Sponsor (One only) -- $8,000
Satchel Sponsor (One only) -- $8,000
Internet Cafe Sponsor (One only) -- $5,000 --The Internet Cafe will be located in a prime position in the Exhibition Hall and will feature 6 terminals provided for delegates' use.
Session Sponsor (Several available) -- $4,000
Lunch Sponsor -- $4,000 -- Lunches will be held in the Exhibition Hall
Pads Sponsor (One only) -- $3,000
Pens Sponsor (One only) -- $3,000
Refreshment Break Sponsor -- $2,000 -- Morning and afternoon tea breaks will be held in the Exhibition Hall
Satchel Insert -- $ 660
Each delegate attending the conference will receive a satchel containing conference materials. Inclusion of your company brochure or company merchandise in the conference satchels will ensure direct access to all delegates at this major industry event.
Sponsorship In Kind
Stand sizes and fees -- All booths are 3m X 2m. The fee per 3m X 2m booth is $2,750 (GST inclusive). Multiple booths may be booked. We also encourage the sharing of booths by exhibitors needing limited space.
