To access the e-forums
You need to Login.
If you are not taken to the Welcome page, then click on Welcome in the left hand menu.
The link to the e-forums can be found on the Welcome page in the Modules section on the right hand side of the screen.

E-forum schedule

Each of the e-forums will have a moderator whose main role is to monitor the forum and provide guidance, where necessary. Each of the strand e-forums will be open only at the time scheduled to allow the presenters to timetable their participation in the relevant e-forum for their paper.

1 May 2006 – Introduction e-forum
This forum is designed to allow you to introduce yourself to the other delegates and to exchange general information with others throughout the conference. Please use this space for discussions outside the actual strand/theme forums. This forum will be open for the duration of the conference.

  • Post an message to the forum to introduce yourself
  • Read the forum messages to see who else is in the forum
  • Reply to messages to begin to make connections with others involved in Online II
  • If you just wish to view the messages you can do that as well

8 to 14 May 2006 – Powerful Purpose e-forum
This forum is designed to allow you to discuss the content, ideas and thoughts presented in the Powerful Purpose papers.

  • Post your questions (Prefix your topic title with the author’s last name, where applicable, if you questions are specific to author’s paper)
  • Contribute to the topics under discussion
  • Respond to the summaries posted by the e-forum moderator
  • If you just wish to view the message you can do that as well

11 to 17 May 2006 – Powerful Practice e-forum
This forum is designed to allow you to discuss the content, ideas and thoughts presented in the Powerful Practice papers.

  • Post your questions (Prefix your topic title with the author’s last name, where applicable, if you questions are specific to author’s paper)
  • Contribute to the topics under discussion
  • Respond to the summaries posted by the e-forum moderator
  • If you just wish to view the messages you can do that as well

17 to 23 May 2006 – Powerful Pedagogy e-forum
This forum is designed to allow you to discuss the content, ideas and thoughts presented in the Powerful Pedagogy papers.
