ASLA invites you to participate as a sponsor or virtual exhibitor for the ASLA Online III Virtual Conference. There are varied opportunities for sponsorship participation in a virtual environment. ASLA would be interested in discussing ideas that best suit the marketing objectives of your company or organisation. The virtual trade exhibition will provide an ideal opportunity to invite delegates into your space to increase awareness of your company, promote your products or services.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

PRINCIPAL SPONSOR (ONE ONLY)
$ 5,000 (GST included)

• Named and promoted as the Principal Sponsor of the conference
• Complimentary exhibition space at top of virtual trade exhibition web page
• Company logo, with web link to company web site, and 150 word company profile at the top of every online conference web page
• Inclusion of a one-page PDF flier web linked to company profile
• Acknowledgement at the commencement of each online discussion strand – three stands over three weeks
• Promotion as the Principal Sponsor in all publicity for the conference
• Inclusion of company logo on conference promotional materials
• Two complimentary registrations to the virtual online discussion forums

The Principal Sponsor will be asked to provide two questions and corresponding answers on information that can be found on their company web site for inclusion in the virtual quiz for conference delegates.

Hosting on the ASLA Online III web site will commence as soon as documentation is provided to the ASLA Online III Secretariat. The web site will remain active until end of June 2008.

SPONSORSHIP IN KIND
If you wish to assist in the conference by providing goods or services in kind, please complete the application form as indicated, or contact the ASLA Online III Secretariat.

VIRTUAL TRADE EXHIBITION

The virtual trade exhibition will be hosted on the ASLA Online III web site. The delegates will be provided with a virtual quiz about the trade exhibitors to help maximise exposure of the virtual trade exhibition over the three week period.

VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR PACKAGE
$ 660 (GST included)

• Company logo, with web link to company web site, and 150 word company profile hosted on the virtual trade exhibition web page
• One complimentary registration to the virtual online discussion forums

Each trade exhibitor will be asked to provide one question and a corresponding answer on information that can be found on their company web site for inclusion in the virtual quiz for conference delegates.
