Your registration for this conference entitles you to:
Registration will commence on 24 March 2008.
The official commencement of the conference, which will include online engagement with the conference presenters, is scheduled for 5 May 2008 with the Digital Environments e-forum.
Prior to the official commencement ASLA will host a social networking environment which will allow you to engage in preliminary discussion and provide you with an opportunity to introduce yourself to the other international delegates.

How to register (Please note: The registration form is available on the Welcome Page after you log in.)
1a. If you are already a registered user of the ASLA website, then you will need to log into the site to go to your Welcome Page.
1b. If you are NOT a registered user of the ASLA website but you are a registered user of other websites hosted by The Regional Net web services, e.g. Australian School Library Association (New South Wales) or the International Association of School Librarianship, then you will need to click on the Register link in the left hand menu and follow the first instruction -- "If you already have a user account you should click here to login". Enter your username and password.
1c. If you are NOT a registered user of any of the websites hosted by The Regional Net web services then click on the Register link in the left hand menu, fill in your details and click submit. Please include your preferred postal address. A validation email will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email you receive to login to the site. If you have forgotten your username or password you can recover your details from the Login page.
2. When you login you will be taken to the Welcome page where you will see the Under Construction: A World Without Walls conference section.
3. Download the online conference registration form. Complete the required information and send, with full payment, to:

Your registration will be processed and you will receive a sales receipt.
Note: Access to the conference papers and e-forums will only be activated upon receipt of your registration and payment in full.
4. Once your registration and payment have been processed you will be notified, by email (the one you provide when you register in step 1), that your user account has been activated. You can then login to view the conference papers in each strand/theme and any additional conference information.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be emailed or faxed to the ASLA Online III Secretariat. If your user account has not been activated to provide you with access to the conference papers a full refund, less $55.00 will be transacted. Once your user account is activated to provide you with access to the conference papers no refund will be given, however another delegate may be substituted.
Privacy clause:
We will only use your personal information for the purposes permitted by the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles (NPP), and we will take reasonable steps to ensure we make you aware of how we use the information.
