Flood / Cyclone relief appeals and assistance

Assistance information

Queensland Disaster Information Network (Q-Dis) provides a forum for sharing information on disaster preparedness and planning. As a forum it is an ideal vehicle for providing updates on how people and collections are affected by the flooding.

Australian Government Disaster Assist hosts a list of current disasters and the assistance provided.

Disaster recovery resources

The Australian Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Materials has sections on how to salvage damaged material.
